The ultimate search of a meditator is to feel a perfect satisfaction in all the moments of the day—ordinary moments included. Even though we have to search for it, the quality we are looking for arises out of no effort. It arises when we are totally in tune with what existence wants us to be doing, when we are in a “let-go,” when we trust. Such moments are marked by a blissful feeling that seems to radiate from the body. Inwardly we are nourished by it, and outwardly, others receive it as love.
This group helps you to deepen your awareness so that, during any project where you have an intended goal, you actually feel perfect satisfaction not only at the end, but also in the middle of the process. The “middle” is always the longest part of an engagement—longer than the beginning, longer than the end—so our focus will be there. As we practice eating, working, relating, or doing any of the thousands of repetitive movements needed for daily tasks, we learn to live in a timeless presence, where every moment is a moment of love.
